 1.- Avoid the salt shaker on the table.

 11.- Remove fat from the meat and skin from chicken.

 12.- Drink 200 ml of milk or yogur a day or in its place 30 grams low fat cheese.

 13.- If you must eat fast or fried food, do it only once a week.

 14.- Avoid frequent meals consisting of fatty, fried foods or fattening foods.

 15.- Remember not to skip any meal.

 16.- Increase your physical activity.

 17.- Do not drink more than one liter of liquids containing caffeine daily.

 18.- Eating is a pleasure, enjoy your food.

 19.- Learn to modify your eating habits and include your family in this respect.

 20.- Be happy and enjoy life.
