TIPS FOR AN ADEQUATE NUTRITION

 1.- Avoid the salt shaker on the table.

 2.- Drink a minimum of a liter and a half of water daily.

 3.- Eat one or two slices of bread daily.

 4.- Eat one portion of cereal a day.

 5.- See to it that the cereals or bread be whole-wheat.

 6.- Eat more than one fruit a day.

 7.- Eat three vegetables a day

 8.- If you must use oil let it be corn oil.

 9.- Avoid dressings based on oils.

 10.- Eat one or two portions a day of meat, chicken or fish, or the alternatives in vegetables proteins such as tofu, legumes, milk and its by products.

 11.- Remove fat from the meat and skin from chicken.

 12.- Drink 200 ml of milk or yogur a day or in its place 30 grams low fat cheese.

 13.- If you must eat fast or fried food, do it only once a week.

 14.- Avoid frequent meals consisting of fatty, fried foods or fattening foods.

 15.- Remember not to skip any meal.

 16.- Increase your physical activity.

 17.- Do not drink more than one liter of liquids containing caffeine daily.

 18.- Eating is a pleasure, enjoy your food.

 19.- Learn to modify your eating habits and include your family in this respect.

 20.- Be happy and enjoy life.
