For every 7,000 calories that are consumed above this rate, you will gain one kilogram, and for every 7,000 calories consumed of less than this rate, you will lose one kilogram.

Remember that the type of food you eat is very important, in order for those calories to be sufficient, balanced, complete, adequate and nutritious.

The calculator of Cardiovascular Rate (below) helps to calculate the ideal cardiac frequency to make your exercise worthwhile.

This calculating method should never be used in cases of cardiac arrhythmia.

It is important that your cardiac frequency fall within the normal parameters, in order for your exercise to be effective and allow you to take more advantage of it; if you are below your level, your exercise will not be effective enough for your needs. And if it is over your lever, you could endanger your health.
